Our Hygiene team is growing, and we’re looking for reliable Process Operators who take pride in doing things properly. If you’re physically fit, safety-focused, and hold a current Australian forklift licence, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing operation where cleanliness and quality are non-negotiable.

As leaders in salmon farming, we know that world-class product starts with world-class hygiene. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our processing environment safe, compliant, and audit-ready.

What you’ll be doing

• Clean and sanitise processing equipment and machinery in line with daily hygiene schedules and food safety standards
• Safely operate a forklift to move cleaning equipment, waste bins and hygiene supplies
• Prepare and use cleaning chemicals correctly, following safety data sheets and dilution guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness across production areas including floors, drains, walls and ceilings
• Dismantle, clean and reassemble equipment for deep cleans, ensuring everything is hygienic and operational
• Complete hygiene checklists and records to support HACCP and GMP compliance
• Proactively report hygiene risks, equipment issues or chemical spills to the Hygiene Team Leader

What we’re looking for

• Current Australian forklift licence (essential)
• Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 15kg
• Comfortable working in a processing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of safety, hygiene and following procedures
• Reliable, team-focused and able to work afternoon shifts
