THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are looking for Farm Attendants to join our On Water Maintenance and Works Crew teams operating out of Hideaway Bay and Margate.

On Water Maintenance
As a member of our On-Water Maintenance crew, you will work closely with our Hobart based Control Room to undertake all routine maintenance on our Feed related equipment. This includes ensuring cameras are in spread, winches are in good working order, reporting any predator activity or unusual fish behaviour, responding to control room requests, and attending to other zone maintenance and monitoring as required.

Works Crew
As a member you will be responsible for skippering vessels and assisting with the installation and maintenance of our nets, pens and moorings set-up as well as general equipment installation, smolt intake, fish upsizes and the retrieving of mortalities. You will also assist with preparation of fish for harvest, feed deliveries, pen towing and provide support across the site as required.

ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates will have:
- Ability to operate safely
- Drivers licence
- Physically Fit
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working on the water
- Excellent team player
- Coxswain NC2 (desirable, not essential)
- Experience in Aquaculture or Marine Farming (desirable, not essential)

The rosters are 7/7 days or 4/3/3/4 days for various roles and locations.
