The role

Reporting to the Assistant Well Boat Manager, you will contribute to the efficient operations of the Well Boat including:

• The day-to-day husbandry of salmon and bathing operations.
• Harvest and Smolt transfer operations.
• General pen maintenance.
• Assisting with work within Central Support across our zones as required.

You will be working fulltime on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster.

About you

• You love the water and ideally have experience within aquaculture.
• You have effective time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• You have experience working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive focus on continually looking to improve processes
