Huon’s Paramatta Creek Processing Facility has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator looking for their next opportunity.

The role

Operating on a full-time basis Monday to Friday, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will:

• Maintain the Quality Management System and relevant documentation.
• Perform internal audits and provide support during third party external audits.
• Coordinate and focus on continuously improving HACCP/Quality systems.
• Be proactive in identifying potential Food Safety and Quality issues, escalating as required.
• Support quality assurance requirements such as questionnaires and product information.
• Use your expertise to provide training, guidance, and direction around Quality and Food Safety related issues to Production.

About you

• Relevant qualifications and experience within Quality Assurance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understands and values the perspectives and diversity of others.
• Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
