As a Business Development Representative, you thrive in a dynamic work environment, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers and wholesalers. You will hit the ground running with boosting product awareness, uncovering market opportunities, and championing our Huon product.

Working full-time, the Business Development Representative will have the flexibility to travel as required and work weekends when needed in peak periods.

A day in the life

As an experienced Business Development Representative, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and wholesalers, engaging with them regularly to build trust and awareness of Huon’s products. A day in the life may look like:

• Working collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to plan and elevate sales conversations.
• Identifying market opportunities and ensuring a seamless execution of product orders through the promotion and support of Huon’s Freshers Rewards program.
• Taking charge of sales planning and implementing strategies for product awareness, igniting brand presence and engaging sales interactions.
• Acting as a brand and company advocate to deliver growth for Huon, establishing and maintaining connections with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinating customer and wholesaler visits with precision and clear communication.
• Accurate and timely processing on all product orders ensuring all associated administration with customers and sales is completed in timely manner.

An experienced Business Development Representative who can demonstrate the following:

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and business targets.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service.
