The Role
The Bath Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of the Bath Plan, leading the bath crew and Wellboat operations. This position requires strong leadership, decision-making, and a proactive approach to managing environmental and operational challenges.
- Lead and coordinate bath crew activities, ensuring seamless execution of bathing and livestock management.
- Monitor and respond to weather conditions, equipment breakdowns, and unforeseen challenges with contingency measures.
- Ensure fish health by overseeing bathing treatments and transfers, reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate upkeep of vessels, liners, and oxygen systems.
- Mentor and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management.
About you
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to this dynamic role. Essential requirements include Coxswain 2, a current driver's licence, and:
