The opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will thrive on challenges in a varied work environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers, internal Sales & Marketing, Supply Operations, Finance and our Factories.

Working full time Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods to include public holidays, and some weekend work, engaged for the fixed term of 12 months.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

• Processing orders and liaising with customers and factory staff ensuring all delivery timeframes are met. 
• Working as part of a high-performing team.
• Responding to public inquiries and performing administrative processes. 
• Providing support to back up all areas of customer service as required including retail, wholesale, food service and export.
• Work closely with Supply Operations team to secure customer preferred export freight bookings.

• A strong ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
