At Huon Aquaculture, we’re passionate about producing premium, responsibly farmed Salmon. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the People and Culture Team.
In this dynamic and business critical role, you’ll provide high-level executive assistance, facilitate operational coordination across our processing sites, and play a key part in supporting People and Culture activities. If you’re a confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing executive support including email and calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Preparing and distributing agendas, reports, minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinating logistics including meeting rooms, purchase orders, invoices, and credit reconciliations.
- Assisting the People and Culture team with recruitment, payroll, and system administration.
- Building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving process improvement projects that enhance efficiency.
- Supporting procurement and supply requirements for Processing operations.
- Upholding a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an executive support or operational coordination role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
