Forklift operator – Counterbalance Pro

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our high performing Ingleburn team! If you’ve got a solid track record with counterbalance forklifts, a sharp eye for safety, and great communication skills, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to move and store materials.
- Load and unload trucks, containers and storage areas efficiently.
- Follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform daily equipment checks and follow safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
- Good understanding of English, both spoken and written, for safety instructions, paperwork, and team communication.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- A reliable, positive, and team orientated attitude.
