Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and process improvement? Huon Aquaculture is seeking a People & Culture Operations Co-ordinator to support our dynamic team in delivering seamless employee lifecycle experiences.

The Role

As the People & Culture Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Supporting HR processes such as interview scheduling, talent days, and offboarding coordination
  • Providing guidance to employees and stakeholders on HR systems and processes
  • Representing Huon at community events and supporting engagement initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement across people operations
  • Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to ensure a seamless employee experience

This is a full-time role based in Parramatta Creek, though we may be open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Maintaining accurate employee and positional data in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Supporting payroll processing tasks including timesheet checks and workers compensation calculations
  • Assisting with employee queries related to payroll, time & attendance, and position management
  • Drafting and updating pay rules and roster codes in the time and attendance system
  • Ensuring data integrity and alignment with organisational structures
  • Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting broader P&C team activities as required

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Have experience in HR administration and working with HRIS systems
  • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Are a team player with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
