Quality Assurance Officer
Ingleburn, NSW – Fulltime – Food manufacturing

About the Role
As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet strict safety and quality standards. From conducting inspections and audits to supporting production teams with training and guidance. Your work will help us deliver excellence every day.
What you will be doing
- Carrying out factory inspections and monitoring hygiene, traceability and packaging
- Performing product and water testing and analysing results
- Maintaining lab equipment and calibrations
- Leading internal audits and hygiene meetings
- Investigating non-conformance and customer complaints
- Supporting training production staff on quality food safety
- Maintaining QA documentation, HACCP records and quality programs
- Promoting Good Manufacturing Practices across the site.
What you will Bring
- Experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in conducting audits, inspections and testing
- Clear communication and ability to train and guide others
- A proactive, organised approach and commitment to follow through
- Intermediate skills in a word, outlook, Teams and Excel
- A genuine focus on safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement
