As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting campaigns, managing customer loyalty programs, and keeping communication flowing across the Sales & Marketing team.

From events and CRM support, POS management and keeping our brand materials up to date—you’ll be the person who makes things happen.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their marketing career, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping documents accurate, consistent and on-brand
• Providing day-to-day admin support including scheduling tours, event coordination and document management
• Managing invoicing, purchase orders and communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting on the Fresher Rewards Program and supporting CRM activities
• Supporting the sales team with the B2B loyalty program
• Managing the ordering, sourcing and distribution of POS materials and branded equipment
• Assisting with in-store campaigns across wholesale, retail, export and wet shop
• Upholding Huon’s strong commitment to health, safety and wellbeing
• Jumping in and helping with other tasks as needed

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant experience
• Around 2 years' admin experience, ideally with marketing exposure
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the team through busy periods
• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Tasmania and interstate
• A proactive approach to learning, improving processes and supporting continuous improvement
• A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing and living Huon’s values
