The role (aka what you’ll actually be doing)

No two days are the same - but you’ll be right in the middle of it all:

• Be the ultimate organiser, coordinating interviews, managing the talent inbox, and keeping recruitment campaigns running smoothly
• Keep candidates in the loop with clear, friendly comms (ghosting is not our vibe)
• Help bring big hiring moments to life from bulk recruitment drives to careers expos
• Keep our systems (hello, PageUp) clean, accurate and humming
• Get hands-on with improving how we do things - testing systems, refining processes, and making things better
• Support onboarding so new starters feel like they’ve joined something pretty special

You’ll thrive here if you:
